The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
RCIA is a program for persons who are not Catholic and who want to be Catholic. This process is a journey in which the participant learns about the Catholic faith and not only what the Church believes but why we believe what we do.
Scheduled meetings/Time commitment
The RCIA process begins in the middle of September and runs until the celebration of the Easter Vigil. The sessions are every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 pm.
Requirements
There are no costs associated with RCIA. We are always looking for volunteers to be sponsors and to help with the program. Anyone who is interested in being a part of the RCIA Team or in becoming Catholic can call Deacon David Yazdiya at 318-2711.
